There are 2 options at NCL international airport that gets you to the terminal on your own steam walking.

1) The ultra modern DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Newcastle International Airport hotel is literally the first thing you see when you walk out of Newcastle airport arrivals! It is design is really striking and new and looks a lot like a space ship. Its literalkly a few steps across some tarmac to get there. It has a lot of rooms and rooms for business meetings too.

2) The  Britannia Hotel Newcastle Airport is further away from the airport terminal than the Doubletree but its still perfectly walk able. Its the least new of the two but at the same time may be cheaper also. Its on the perimeter as you leave the airport driving, its walk able but definitely not as conveinet as the Doubletree which is literally a hop skip and a jump form the terminal. Consider this when carrying/dragging heavy luggage.

For both also there is no covered walkway – both hotels are exposed to the elements – if its raining the Britannia is further!
